Maison G.H. Martel wanted to enhance the Victoire cuvées by creating three limited editions, a tribute to the original 18th century bottle. The bottle is painted in its respective color with a tin labelling.
Tasting Notes
Intense golden yellow.
The fragrances are rich, waxed with a highly seductive internal complexity. Dried flowers and many types of yellow stone fruits are adorned with roasted and grilled nuts, butter patisseries, lemony pastries and fresh milk.
The sensation in the mouth is precise, semi-thick in texture, the tinted fruity flesh is very present on a lemony background and caramelized banana. The concealed freshness is striking in its imprint and internal brightness, it causes an exemplary length.
Veal tartar with hazelnuts, walnut oil, preserved lemon, puff pastry with porcini mushrooms and fleur de sel.
