After the cleaning of the rice, the separation of rice husks, grains, and brown rice takes place, followed by the removal of husks according to precision standards.
In the final stage of product refinement, the rice undergoes screening and length grading using machines. This process strictly separates broken rice according to the internal control standards of Sha Zhou You Huang's raw rice, ensuring the uniformity of the product. Subsequently, through a color selection process, discolored rice, chalky grains, and imperfect grains that may affect the hygiene and brewing quality of the product are removed.
