In this genever the complete philosophy and legacy of the rich maturation history at Filliers Distillery come together. Maturing on Bourbon barrels made from American oak for twentyone years results in a masterpiece among the genevers.
With its complex & burnt aromas, this genever perfectly complements the range, distinguishing itself from the younger fresh genevers with their peppery character. The tasting is a discovery of flavours & depth, at best in pure form. The colour of the bottle is incorporated in the glass and refers to the oxidation of copper that occurs over time.
