The Harvest
The 2015 winegrowing year was marked by contrasts, with an icy spring followed by a long period of heat and exceptional dryness until August. Grape harvesting began on 7 September in sunny conditions with the vines in optimal health, revealing the balanced generosity of the grapes.

On nose: Dom Pérignon 2015 presents roasted and cocoa notes, balanced by floral notes of lime blossom, jasmine and peony, enlivened with spices such as aniseed and cardamom. A fruity, botanical freshness with hints of orange and green papaya creates an overall harmony.
