The recipe follows a classic West Coast IPA style, starting with a mash-tun full of pilsner and specialty malts. It's then generously dosed with a powerful blend of New Zealand and American hops - Pacifica, Centennial, Columbus, and Simcoe - unleashing huge flavours of lush fruits, citrus, and sticky pine, all balanced by a clean, lingering bitterness and a resinous finish.
